Because we are only a 3 room B&B, we must take the matter of cancellations seriously.

To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required or 50% payment by check for reserved stay.
Cancellations:
With at least 14 days' notice of a cancellation, The Riverbend will refund the deposit but withhold a $35 processing fee.( For Christmas Week and President's Week, thirty days' notice is required. )
13 days or less notice: If the room is rebooked for the entire reserved stay, you will receive your deposit minus a $25.00 processing. If the room is not rebooked for the entire reserved stay, the entire amount will be charged.
Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date or depart before the final day of their reservation will forfeit their deposit.
Guests who do not honor their confirmed reservation will be debited 100% of the room charge for the entire period reserved.
Please note that we have no control over the weather and there will be NO REFUNDS due to adverse weather, or early departures.
