All of our guests receive a Jay Peak "Passport Club' Card at no charge (25.00 if purchased at the mountain).
This entitles each person to discounted lift tickets at the mountain. You pay for your lift vouchers at the mountain. You may use this card all season. Ski at a discount for 5 days and the 6th day is free!
Discounted Daily Vouchers are also available at 40.00 each.

Winter 2004-2005 Cancellation Policy:
Because we are only a 4 room B&B, we must take the matter of cancellations seriously.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or by arrangement. Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Confirmations
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required. (2 nights for 5 or more nights. Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date or depart before the final day of their reservation will forfeit their deposit. Guests who do not honor their confirmed reservation will be debited 100% of the room charge for the entire period reserved.

Cancellations:
With at least 14 days' notice of a cancellation, The Riverbend will refund the deposit but withhold a $35 processing fee.
If you cancel less than 21 days for a holiday period, (Christmas Week and President's Week)you will be charged for the entire booking unless the room can be rebooked.
With less than 14 days' notice of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book the room for the entire reserved stay.
Unfortunately, we have no control over weather conditions and therefore cannot not give a refund for early departures.
